Fill a shoe box with gifts for an under-privileged child. Wrap a shoe box in Christmas paper, decide if your gift is for a boy or girl and what age then fill the box with gifts which will delight a child. After filling, do not seal the box, just put the lid on and secure it with an elastic band.
Gifts could include:
Toys such as dolls, toys, trucks, stuffed animals, yo-yos, skipping ropes or small puzzles.
School supplies such as pens, pencils, crayons or a solar calculator.
Toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap or hairbrush.
Hat, scarf, gloves, hair accessories, sunglasses or wrapped sweets.
If you cannot fill a whole shoe box, donate one or two items which could be added to a box.
A £3 donation per box to pay for transportation would be appreciated.
Boxes should be with Mrs Herbert in room 2 on the Scoresby Site by Friday 7 November.
